IRMA
The Initiative Regionalmanagement Region Ingolstadt e.V., IRMA for short, is one of the largest public-private partnerships in Germany with around 40 members. It drives projects in the areas of strengthening competition, creating identity, network management and education. To this end, the association pools the commitment of internationally renowned corporations, innovative SMEs and many political and social forces that contribute to the region’s success.
die Aufgabe
The Long Nights of Business and Science have already enjoyed great success in recent years. The last event in this series took place on 05.05.2023 and included the cultural and creative industries, which are considered to have a promising future, in the popular business show. Our aim was to draw attention to the event through various marketing measures, network the region and at the same time contribute to the added value of our home region.
The challenge
The offer to take part in the Long Night of Business and Science was aimed at companies companies from the greater Ingolstadt area and the district of Pfaffenhofen, regardless of which industry they belong to. The event itself was aimed at a broad audience, by appealing to young people, adults and families from the region.
Our solution
IRMA saw itself as the overall coordinator and was responsible for the acquisition of participating institutions and sponsors. ADVERMA took care of the marketing of the event, by designing a holistic campaign for the communication of the infotainmentevent was designed with the intention, to inform, increase awareness, to network and to arouse interest and curiosity.
