TSEP – or to be more precise – Technical Software Engineering Plazotta has been developing and realizing excellent and customized test & development solutions for over 30 years. From definition to concept, from planning to development, from commissioning to support – all made in Wolnzach, Germany.
THE TASK
Since its foundation, TSEP has developed continuously. In an extremely dynamic process, the company has grown from an engineering office for software to a competence center and leading T&M concept forge with a concept forge with an international reputation. The brand image was now to be aligned with the company’s own self-image in all communication measures. Consistent, competent and target-oriented.
The challenge
The high level of expertise of the 40-strong development team meets a very special interest segment. TSEP’s in-depth technical know-how must be delivered in a finely dosed manner along the customer journey – to researchers, developers, test experts, product owners and business decision-makers.
Our solution
First things first. Right from the start, our communication concept focused on a target-oriented information hierarchy. What depth of information do the specialist and decision-maker target groups expect and when? We followed this guideline in the design of all marketing materials. With clear image and text messages, we consistently implemented the TSEP image on a completely redeveloped website, as well as in brochures and on a trade fair stand. A recent product and image photo shoot visualized the new brand image.
